Refund Policy

Memberships

Subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email hello@heffk9.com for a full refund. After 7 days, you can cancel any time from your billing portal — access continues until the end of the current period, no further charges apply.

One-off sessions

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee.

Board-and-train

A deposit is non-refundable once your dog's intake date is confirmed. The balance is refunded pro-rata if the program is terminated early for any reason outside the client's control.
