By booking services or subscribing to the Heff K9 membership, you agree to these terms. These terms are provisional and will be finalized by a Canadian legal reviewer before public launch.

Memberships

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly. Cancel any time from your billing portal; you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Services

Training, board-and-train, and walking services are provided subject to a mutual assessment of suitability. Heff reserves the right to decline services that pose safety risks.

Liability

Dog training involves inherent risks. Heff K9 is not liable for behaviors outside its direct supervision. Owners remain responsible for their dogs at all times.
